Our on line dinner price varies with the month of your stay, and will be reflected in the confirmation email you recieve.

Children
If you are booking with children please let us know their ages and prices will be discounted accordingly.

Environmental Policy

We offer a 5% discount to all customers who arrive to the hotel wholly by public transport (please retain receipts). In addition when you arrive by car and hand your car keys into reception, (give your car a holiday) we will also give you a 5% discount (n/a for one night stays). Discount applies to the room rate only and excludes dinner.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome in guest bedrooms, our dog friendly lounge and the hotel garden.  A charge of £5 per dog per night will be applied and owners must abide by our pet policy.

Availability
If the room you require shows “Sold” please give us a call as we do not show our full room inventory online

Deposit
Once you have booked on line we will check the details and take a minimum £100 deposit per room from the card provided, one night bookings are fully pre paid. You will then receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of deposit and confirming full details of booking including the correct dinner price for your stay. Self catering bookings made for December and January require the full balance to be taken on booking, as the hotel is closed during this time. Please check our terms and conditions.
